As part of the renovation of this Old Vicarage for previous clients of Hunts, we made a freestanding bookcase and a cabinet to fit into an awkward alcove, which had been an old fireplace, long since blocked up and removed.

Using the same style we had used in the kitchen and laundry room, this hidden cabinet plays a trick on the eye of giving extra depth to the room whilst only seemingly being as deep as the skirting board. Inside it provides incredibly useful storage for the family and utilizes what had been redundant space.  

As part of the renovation, we also designed and made the kitchen and laundry room.
